The Black Forest Campground Guest House is privately owned. This house was built in 2007 to provide housing for one of the daughters and her family. They lived here for 10 years before moving off the property and leaving the campground. In November 2021, our family started renovations and added many amenities to the house. We added a house generator, Wi-Fi, Satellite, updated the bathrooms, installed all new appliances, installed new flooring in the entire house and security system outside. The first floor of the house became available to rent in September 2022.

We take care of, and have furnished this house like you are family coming to visit.  The Guest House gets inspected, repaired, inventoried, and cleaned between each guest visit.  Fresh linens and household toiletries are restocked before each visit.

The house will be cleaned and ready by 3pm on your arrival date with the proper number of linens and bedding needed for your stay. The yard will be tended to before your arrival, or work around the yard will be performed when you are not at the house. Lock codes get changed between each stay.

On the completion of the inspection, everything will be in good working order and ready for your stay. If you find an item not working, please contact us at (828) 884-2267, and we will send someone to inspect, fix or replace the item.
