Congratulations campers! By making reservations and paying in full by CHECK IN ADVANCE, you have helped us keep our credit card & debit card fees down. In appreciation, for those who wish to send payment in full with a personal or bank check within 7 days of making the reservation, we will offer you our basic 2025 rates. Check must arrive 7 days after making the reservation and at least 3 weeks before your arrival date. We appreciate your continued cooperation on keeping  our camping costs down. Thank you.

RESERVATION INFORMATION

Reservations - Advance reservations are appreciated. You are responsible to pay for the number of days you have reserved. Online reservations are not available. Please call (828) 884-2267 between 8am - 1pm then the office is open again from 3pm -10pm and we will assist you in making reservations that best suits your camping needs. There is a 2-night minimum for all Camping Cabin & Travel Trailer Rentals for weekend reservations.  All reservations must be reserved with a valid Credit Card (must be in your name only). Personal checks accepted for advance reservations only. No checks are taken upon arrival. We take reservations up to a year in advance. You may make and pay for future reservations in person before you leave from your current stay.

Credit Card Rates - Paying for your reservations with a credit card will cost $6 more per day for all reservations. To receive our Cash/Check Rates for advance reservations, we ask that your reservation be made at least 21 days prior to your arrival and be paid in full for your entire stay with a personal check, money order or bank check and must arrive at the campground within 7 days of making your reservation. If your payment does not arrive within 7 days, your credit card WILL be charged the credit card rates. For those that prefer not to make reservations in advance, you may pay cash upon arrival and will save the $6 per day fee towards your stay. No checks are taken upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy - If we do not receive a check and/or your Credit Card is not valid, we will cancel your reservation. If you need to cancel your reservation that totals under $100, a seven-day notice is required for refund, less $10.00. If you need to cancel your reservation that totals $100 or more, a seven-day notice is required for a refund, less 10% of your total stay. Failure to show, cancellations due to weather or early departure, no refund. If you make a reservation 7 days prior of your arrival, your credit card is charged for the full amount and your reservation becomes automatically non-refundable.

Holiday Weekend Reservations - There is a 3 night min. for Memorial Day, 4th of July &  Labor Day holiday weekends for all sites. Holiday Weekend reservations must be paid in full and are non-refundable.

All store, pancake breakfasts, ice cream socials & pizza run purchases are payable by CASH only. If paying with a Credit Card, there will be an additional Credit Card usage fee imposed. Personal checks are not accepted.
